Dear Parents/Guardians,
At Avondale Meadows, we use ParentSquare to keep families connected and informed. Whether it’s important school updates, reminders, or announcements, you’ll receive messages in the way that works best for you, including email, text, phone calls, or through the mobile app.
Your ParentSquare account is automatically created using the contact details in our student information system. We encourage you to activate your account so you can download the free mobile app, choose your preferred language, and customize how and when you’d like to receive school communications.
What you can do with ParentSquare:
- Receive updates from your school via email, app, or text notification
- Choose to get posts as they’re shared or bundled in a daily digest
- View posts, photos, calendars, and important announcements
- Communicate in your preferred language with automatic translation
- Comment on school posts and stay engaged with your school community
- Send direct messages to teachers and staff
- Participate in group conversations with other families
- Sign up for conferences and school events
- Fill out forms, sign permission slips, make payments, and view report cards—all in one place
Enrollment is easy!
We will send you an invitation using your email address or phone number on file.
- Open the invitation from ParentSquare in your email or text messages.
- Click Activate your account or tap the link to go to the account registration page.
- Enter your email or phone number, then click Get Started. (Optional: You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft.)
- Check your contact information. If it looks correct, click Confirm. You’ll receive a code by text or email.
- Enter the verification code when asked.
- You’ll see your children’s names. Click Confirm next to each child who should be connected to your account. If a child is listed by mistake, click Not my child.
- If everything looks correct, click Yes, this is me.
Now you’re ready to start using ParentSquare!

When you’re logged in, you can access resources to help you with using ParentSquare.
On a computer, click the question mark (?) in the top menu.
In the app, tap the Help icon in the app. You’ll see these options:
- Contact School – Send a question to your school or find contact details.
- Help Articles – Search for answers or step-by-step guides.
